Owner/Home Inspector

Robert Crissell proudly founded Casa Building Inspections LLC in 2006. Rob is a licensed NYS Home Inspector (#16000016696) and has extensive work experience, performing thousands of home inspections since 2006. Robert Crissell is also certified to install septic systems in Broome County. 

Robert Crissell was born and raised in the Southern Tier.  He is a graduate of Chenango Valley High School.  He served in the United States Army and was a Military Police Officer.  Rob is dedicated to serving the residents of this community and proudly supports our veterans.  

Casa Building Inspections

We at Casa Building Inspections LLC have completed many different types of inspections. The property is inspected including structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is noted. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand visual condition of the home by the time we are finished.

Since 2006, our inspectors have provided honest, objective, and thorough inspection reports. From the first contact with us, through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.

Casa Building Inspections LLC is also a NYS ELAP #11989 approved radon laboratory. As a laboratory, we utilize continuous monitors and analyze the results on site in accordance with state guidelines and regulations. Casa Building Inspections LLC also performs a wide variety of additional testing/inspections including wood destroying insects, septic/well, and water testing.

Casa Building Inspections also performs commercial building inspections. Recently, Casa Building Inspections has expanded and performing construction services and home renovations for banks and residential home owners.
